2. Exceptions to the Policy

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a security camera that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Wrong Item Sent: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

In both cases, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item.
